The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh hosted the inaugural Spanish Pantry Festival in Saudi Arabia, presenting Spanish gastronomy through an exclusive fine dining experience sponsored by LaLiga.
Designed as a celebration of Spanish heritage and culture, the event brought the flavours of Galicia to one of Riyadh’s most distinguished luxury hotels. The evening featured chef Rafael Centeno Moyer, from the one-Michelin-starred Maruja Limón restaurant, who created a four-course dinner inspired by the identity, produce and culinary traditions of northwestern Spain.
Held in the hotel’s Pool Area, the experience combined contemporary Spanish cuisine with traditional music performances, offering guests a cultural journey shaped by food, wine and atmosphere.
The collaboration with The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh placed the festival within a setting known for its ceremonial hospitality and high-level service, reinforcing the role of leading international hotels as essential partners in bringing Spanish gastronomy to new markets.
