The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen, China
The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen has been one of the key hospitality partners for the Spanish Pantry Festival in southern China, hosting several activities dedicated to Spanish gastronomy, wines and premium food products.
In Shenzhen, the festival has connected Spanish producers, chefs, sommeliers and institutions with professionals from one of Asia’s most dynamic consumer markets. The programme has included wine and gastronomy seminars, professional encounters, media dinners, tastings and chef-led menus.
One edition opened with an exclusive media dinner led by Ager Urigüen, David Pérez and Michelin-starred chef Cristóbal Muñoz, with wine pairings by Alejandro Paadín featuring Alma Carraovejas. Other activities included menus by Cristóbal Muñoz and Lorenzo Prandi, chef at Paletto.
The collaboration with The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen has helped position the festival within one of the city’s leading luxury hotels, reinforcing Shenzhen’s role as a strategic gateway for Spanish gastronomy in southern China.
