Hotel Camino Real Polanco, Mexico City
Hotel Camino Real Polanco hosted two editions of the Spanish Pantry Festival and actively contributed to creating a meeting point between Spain and Mexico’s gastronomic sector.
Across both weeks of activities, the programme brought together importers, distributors, sommeliers, journalists and gastronomic influencers around Spanish products, professional training and live cooking.
The programme included:
-
Seminars on Spanish wine and gastronomy, led by experts and Michelin-starred chefs.
-
An exhibition area featuring more than 30 Spanish food companies.
-
Buffets for 500 guests, featuring Spanish products and live preparations.
-
A gala dinner for leading importers, with pairings selected by renowned sommeliers.
-
Interviews, media coverage and institutional participation, including the Ambassador of Spain.
-
Seminars at Mexican universities introducing future professionals to Spanish gastronomic culture.
The project’s continuity at Camino Real Polanco demonstrated the hotel’s ability to act as both partner and platform for cultural and professional exchange.
